The Power of Character in Leadership
Myles Munroe, a world renowned pastor and speaker recently published a new book to help Christian leaders of the 21st century. The new book is titled The Power of Character in Leadership: How Values, Morals, Ethics, and Principles Affect Leaders.
He explained he decided to focus on the topic of character, because it is something that modern leaders are lacking; not only spiritual and ministry leaders but also businessmen, politicians.
Pastor Munroe liked to use the phrase the “personal alarm system” to describe the importance of character. He explained that “Whenever you are tempted to break into your own values and violate your own convictions an alarm goes off and your character says you cannot do that.”
Pastor Munroe is currently the head and founder of Bahamas Faith Ministries International (BFMI) and Myles Munroe International focusing on Christian growth as well as evangelism.
