Model turned actress Cara Delevigne looks pretty terrifying as Enchantress in the movie "Suicide Squad," which would star a group of anti-heroes who have been hired by the government to carry out an important yet deadly mission in exchange for their freedom.

Delevigne was asked for more details about her  sinister character's mysterious psyche, and the actress started by sharing that Julie Moon (or June) got more than what she bargained for when she goes in search for something that she isn't supposed to.

"June (Moon) is an adventure seeker who's always wanted some excitement," she told Empire Magazine in an interview. "And she gets what she wished for, but in a terrible way. At the start of the movie she discovers a cavern and finds... something... within."

That "something" Delevigne was referring to is none other than the Enchantress, an angry magical being who takes advantage of the situation and possesses June.

"She's an ancient sorceress. A feral being. She's been trapped for so long and know she's finally let out," said Delevigne.

The actress had to portray both women - June and the Enchantress, and the one thing she had to change in her portrayal of both characters is their voices.

For Enchantress, Delevigne said, "I'd gather the accent, which is deeper and posher than June's. And I'd listen to Nick Cave's Red Right Hand, that song about the devil. Also a lot of Megadeth. Just evil stuff."

There have been reports that the Enchantress might be one of the film's main antagonists, aside from Viola Davis' Amanda Waller.

Other stars of the film include Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, and Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang.

Leto also talked to Empire earlier about his character the Joker, saying that it was an extremely difficult process getting into the head of the villain.

"There was definitely a period of... detachment," he said about method acting for the Joker. "I took a pretty deep dive. But this was a unique opportunity and I couldn't imagine doing it another way. It was fun, playing those psychological games."

When asked just how difficult it was to embrace the role of the Joker, Leto candidly answered that "it was painful, like giving birth."

"Suicide Squad," which is directed by David Ayer is set for release on Aug. 5, 2016.
