New photos of ‘Game of Thrones’ filming in the Bardenas Reales have been made available as production shifts to one of the park’s areas known as la Balsa de las Cortinas.

According to Noticias De Navarra, this week showed ample horse riding over vast plains as well as setting up of camps along the edge of the river. The publication also stated that the locals have been following every report they can.

Although the municipality does not rake in as many tourists as Girona did, the town is still greatly thrilled by all the activity for ‘Game of Thrones,’ as shown by one of the large images streamed across the local newspaper, highlighting groups of Dothraki extras being transported to the filming site.

In one of the photos released this week, Emilia Clarke aka Daenerys Targaryen was featured as she rides a horse, strongly suggesting that Daario Naharis (Michiel Huisman) and Ser Jorah Mormont’s (Iain Glen) trip will have a successful outcome.

Unfortunately, Glen’s character was not seen in the photos and Huisman is the only actor riding beside Clarke. Fans have then begun to question if Ser Jorah ever made it or if he had only been obliged to ride at the back.

As the cast and crew are in the middle of filming, Clarke was noticeably absent in the recently concluded Emmy Awards event.

The 28-year-old actress, who was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series along with ‘Game of Thrones’co-star Lena Headey, explained her absence and posted a photo of herself on Instagram.

"I think I might be late for the Emmys... How far is it from Spain?" she captioned the image, followed by the hashtags: "#rollingwithoutmyhomies #workin'mother #wheresdrogonwhenyouneedhim #bringitonhomegot!"

Clarke previously opened up about what fans can look forward to in ‘Game of Thrones’ season six. The cast members have already read their scripts for the new installment, and the Mother of Dragons had been greatly pleased.

“It’s just go, go, go, go,” she said in an interview with LA Times, in awe of what is to come in the series. “Shocking moment to shocking moment. Epic moment to epic moment. It’s mental; it’s epic. And definitely Dany’s a part of it.”

HBO's 'Game of Thrones' season six is set to premiere in fall of 2016.
