In celebration of her little tot turning five months old, Jill Duggar-Dillard took to Instagram and shared a photo of baby Israel David on Tuesday.

“Our little man is getting so big! Can't believe he is already 5 months old! This pic is a couple days late...had to find his month stickers since everything is in suitcases! ;-) Check out our website to keep up with us and see more photos:

Jill’s post combines two photos of baby Israel, with one photo showing him at one month and the other showing him bigger and all smiles from this week.

The reality star welcomed her first child with husband Derick in April. The couple exchanged wedding vows in June 2014 and announced their pregnancy two months later.

Jill experienced 70 hours of labor and eventually had to leave out her home birth plans for an emergency C-section on April 6.

The 24-year-old’s sentiments on her fears and motherhood were documented in the TLC special ‘19 Kids and Counting: Jill’s Special Delivery.’

“I was praying to God to give me strength,” she said in an interview People, recalling her experience while in labor. “I was really scared and nervous, but I was praying.”

For the past few months, Jill’s family has moved to Central America for an extended mission trip. She took her husband and baby out of the United States immediately after their wedding anniversary.

As stated in the Dillard family blog, Derick previously announced that his family will be moving overseas for their mission of serving others.

“After much prayer and seeking Godly counsel, we realized that taking this opportunity and moving overseas in order to serve is the best option for our family…,” he said.

Their big move also came as the Duggar family got caught up in controversy after Jill’s brother Josh admitted to molesting five underage girls as a teen. Later on, he also confessed to using an Ashley Madison account and being unfaithful to his wife, Anna, who is also the mother of his four children.

In a post on her family blog, Jill wrote that the month of August “ended on a sad note” for her family and asked people to pray for them during these “difficult days.”

Aside from their plan to visit the U.S. in October, the Dillard couple also plans to spend this month completing language school to be able to communicate well with the people in Central America using their native language
