The latest issue that once again saw "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar in the middle of a widely publicized and embarrassing situation indubitably places a strain in his marriage with wife Anna Duggar. While the news of his involvement with other women outside their marriage devastated her, sources close to the Duggar family are claiming that Anna Duggar will stand by her man no matter what. Clinging to the strength of their faith now more than ever, the "19 Kids and Counting" couple are attempting to wade through the mess by relying on prayers and the love of their families.
"Anna will not leave him (Josh Duggar)," reveals a source to PEOPLE Magazine. The insider added, "As with her in-laws (Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar), she is turning more to her faith than ever. She and Josh are probably praying around the clock right now, I would assume." This came after Josh Duggar himself admitted that he is the "biggest hypocrite ever" as his name was one of those revealed by the hackers who infiltrated the Ashley Madison site earlier this year.
While Anna Duggar has yet to comment on the issue, insiders disclosed that she remains "fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children." In addition, the source revealed that Anna Duggar has the support of Josh Duggar's parents, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, in overcoming this issue and moving on from the mess. The insider insisted, "Divorce is not even something that will be discussed."
Meanwhile, the insider revealed that Anna Duggar might see herself partly liable for Josh Duggar's indiscretions. The source shared, "Maybe not publicly, ever, but privately, there will be some suggestion of whether or not she should have been more aware of the pressures Josh was under, of the issues he was facing, and how she could have better counseled him or helped him."
As for Jim Bob Duggar and wife Michelle Duggar, the "19 Kids and Counting" couple said that the issue involving Josh Duggar at the moment broke their hearts. However, the "19 Kids and Counting" family heads remain faithful to God and believe that this issue will pass soon enough. They wrote, "When we learned of this late last night our hearts were broken. As we continue to place our trust in God we ask for your prayers for Josh, Anna, our grandchildren and our entire family."
