The cast of "Friends" have maintained a pretty good relationship several years after their long-running and popular sitcom wrapped up, so it came as quite a surprise that Jennifer Aniston's male co-stars Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer were not invited to her recent surprise wedding to Justin Theroux.

Her female co-stars Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow, on the other hand, received invites to the surprise wedding. In fact, Cox even served as Aniston's Maid of Honor.

But despite being snubbed on her big day, Perry and LeBlanc have no hard feelings about not being invited, and only wish the newly-married couple a lifetime of happiness. Schwimmer, for his part, was unavailable for comments, according to Entertainment Tonight.

"I was surprised," Perry said about Aniston's backyard nuptials. "I didn't know about it."

But even though the 45-year-old was not invited to Aniston's wedding, he said he still feels "very happy for them."

Meanwhile, 48-year-old actor LeBlanc shared Perry's sentiments, saying that Aniston's wedding was a small and intimate affair and this is probably why he was no invited.

"I wasn't there, so I wish her the best," he said. LeBlanc added that the girls from "Friends" have developed a stronger friendship so it's understandable that they would be there for each other during big events such as weddings.

"Everybody is okay," he said. "The girls were there. You've got to have the girls there."

In the series, Aniston played Rachel Green, the spoiled rich girl who was forced to abandon her life of luxury after running away from her own wedding. She rekindles her relationship with a former high school pal named Monica Geller, played by Courtney Cox, who used to be extremely overweight during her teenage years but has managed to shed it all off and become a chef. Kudrow plays the eccentric Phoebe Buffay, a licensed therapist and aspiring singer who is also part of their circle of friends.

As for the boys, Schwimmer plays Monica's brother Ross Geller, a palaeontologist who carries the torch for Rachel. Perry played the comedian Chandler Bing, who is always the butt of his friends' jokes because of his mannerisms. In the end, Chandler marries Monica and the two maintained a happy relationship until the show ended. Finally, LeBlanc is the playboy Joey Tribbiani, a professional actor who has a huge heart, although he's not the sharpest tool on the shed.
