Khloe Kardashian has been increasingly gaining media attention as of late, and it does not have anything to do with her rumored flings or cat fights. In what appears to be a change of heart for the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian opted to stay away from junk foods and unhealthy dishes and stick to more wholesome meals. Apart from her decision to stay and healthy in terms of her food, Kourtney Kardashian's sister also stood by her resolve to regularly hit the gym - citing that exercise is the only way to go when losing weight becomes a goal.

The weight loss of Khloe has made headlines as she continuously flaunts her now noticeably healthier and toner physique both in social media platforms and Hollywood events. In fact, even her detractors and those who proclaim to be against the entire Kardashian clan could not help but take notice of Lamar Odom's former wife's change. Sticking to her fitness routine and dietary plans, the road to achieving such spectacular weight has been an emotionally draining and physically challenging journey for Khloe.

As regularly seen in the social media accounts of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, one of the most frequent places fans and followers could spot her in is the gym. Despite her hectic schedule and workload, Khloe never fails to look for a fitness center to burn calories and stay in shape. This attitude became the topic of discussion in her interview with Australian radio show hosts Fitzy & Wippa, Kanye West's sister in law revealed that she went to the gym despite the jetlag from her trip down under.

"It wasn't that intense here because I'm still jet-lagged, but I make sure that I go," Khloe said, according to ABC News. She further disclosed, "Even 30 minutes you feel, 'Okay, I feel good about myself.' Then if you want to eat something or whatever, then you don't feel as bad. Definitely when I'm in L.A., I go hard, and I've lost like 35 lbs." Adding that she does not weigh herself, Khloe revealed that the way her clothes makes her feel are positive indications of her weight loss.

Earlier this year, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star admitted that her past photographs made her realize just how unfit she was. "Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was," Khloe shared in an Instagram post. She further wrote, "People love to call me the fat one, but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then." Kim K's sister then revealed, "Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever."

Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul. We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone. Remember in the end the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity.
