Game publisher Electronic Arts has officially announced the minimum and recommended PC system requirements for the upcoming "FIFA 16."
In addition, the company also revealed the various cover athletes for the game's regional versions.
According to EA, to play the game on minimum settings, the PC should run on the Windows 7/8/8.1 OS. It should also be powered by the Intel Core i3-2100 CPU that clocks in at 3.1GHz, Ubergizmo reported.
The computer should also have 4GB of RAM and have a minimum hard drive space of 15GB. As for the video card, gamers can either use the ATI Radeon HD 5570 or the NVIDIA GTX 650.A version 11.0 DirectX is also required.
As for the recommended specs, the PC must run on Windows 8, 8.1 or 10. Its CPU should be the 3.4GHz Intel i5-2550K and must have 8GB of RAM. Like in the minimum required settings, gamers should have 15GB of available hard drive space in their PCs.
Running the game in the recommended settings require the ATI Radeon HD 6870or the NVIDIA GTX 460 video card with DirectX 11.0.
Aside from the technical requirements, EA also unveiled the various cover athletes for the game, according to VG247. These athletes will appear alongside Barcelona forward Lionel Messi and will be featured in the game's regional variants.
These includes Marco Fabian from Mexico, Antoine Griezmann for France, Juan Cuadrado for Latin America, Shinji Kagawa for Japan and Stephanie Catley for Australia.
EA noted that the other cover stars will be introduced on August 13.
"FIFA 16," which for the first time in the "FIFA" game series will include 12 Women's National Teams, will officially be released on September 16. It will be available for the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
The upcoming game will also debut for Android and iOS devices.
