Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher proved that true love in real life can beat fantasies. Diehard fans of ‘That ‘70s Show’ finally got their wish as Jackie and Kelso got married in real life on 4th of July Weekend. Deep down, everyone knew that Jackie and Kelso had to end up together either on screen or off.
"My first real kiss ever was with him on the show. We all get movie star crushes. I’m marrying mine," said Kunis in an interview with W magazine in August 2014.
Eight seasons of ‘That ‘70s Show’ led viewers to believe that Jackie Burhart and Michael Kelso were a match made in Point Place heaven. It was made increasingly clear that one time when the teenage lovebirds beat Donna and Eric in the Newlywed Game. The duo went through years and years of an on and off relationship and ultimately did not end up together. Jackie ended up with Fez, while Kelso knocked up another lady.
The unrequited on-screen romance left fans hanging on and hoping for something more. The dream fizzled like a soda gone flat when Kunis chose an eight year relationship with ‘Home Alone’ star Macaulay Culkin and Kutcher popped the question to actress Demi Moore, who is fifteen years his senior. Kunis’ split from Culkin in 2010, along with Kutcher’s dramatic divorce from Moore in 2013 slowly sparked new interest in a potential Jackie and Kelso reunion.
Life finally began making sense when Ashla got together in April 2012. Two years later, Kunis was spotted sporting a sparkly ring in public. She gave birth to their first child Wyatt Isabelle in October 2014. The couple shared wedding vows in an intimate setting as fireworks went off on 4th of July weekend. May God bless their perfect union.
