During a light scene in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," the whole Avengers team took turns trying to wield Thor's hammer Mjolnir, one of the most powerful weapons in the universe. It's a weapon anybody would want to use, but there's a catch: Only those who are "worthy" can actually lift it.

So far, only three individuals have passed the weapon's test of worthiness in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - Thor, his father Odin, and The Vision. In "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Thor took it in stride when Hawk Eye, Tony Stark, Dr. Bruce Banner, the Black Widow, and the rest tried to lift it during a party, but his face grew concerned when it was Steve Rogers' turn to lift Mjolnir.

It moved a bit, but Captain America was unsuccessful in lifting the mythical hammer. However, all that might change in his upcoming standalone movie "Captain America: Civil War."

According to Cinema Blend, there was a fan who snuck onto the movie set in Atlanta, Georgia last Wednesday and saw Captain America holding a "CGI stand-in prop that was shaped like a double sided hammer." That same person reportedly saw Captain America and Scarlet Witch fighting soldiers at the Atlantic Civic Center, which has been designed to look like the Institute for Infectious Disease.

This report is unconfirmed, and more questions are actually raised with his statements since Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth) has not been included in the cast line-up in "Captain America: Civil War." As far as everybody is concerned, Thor will next be seen in his 2017 standalone movie "Thor: Ragnarok." So if Thor will not be a part of "Captain America: Civil War," then what is hammer doing there?

Thor is also busy following up on his investigation into the Infinity Stones and his vision of Asgard, and he will definitely need his hammer to accomplish the mission.

The latest name to be included in the "Captain America: Civil War" line-up is actually Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner slash Hulk, so that makes Thor the only Avenger missing in Cap's standalone film.

"If Robert Downey, Jr. says I'm in 'Captain America,' I'm in 'Captain America,'" Ruffalo laughingly told HitFix. "And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script. At this point, I'm told that I'm in it by Robert, which I'll take as biblical, but I just haven't heard or seen from production yet."
