Shia LaBeaouf is once again making headlines as the former Disney star participates in an art project, called Introductions, of the Central Saint Martins BA Fine Art 2015 students. While the "Transformers" star actually gave out some really inspiring points during his half hour speech, the Internet went into a frenzy due to a portion of the video, which lasted for roughly two minutes, showing LaBeaouf aggressively telling the viewers to "Just do it!"
According to Time, the video has already gained approximately 1.8 million views since it was uploaded. While the message of LaBeaouf was undoubtedly motivational and inspirational, numerous technology savvy netizens just could not resist tweaking the scenes to make it appear like the actor was actually part of certain films. To date, the Internet users have inserted LaBeaouf's scene into an episode of "Teletubbies,"a fake "TED" talk, "Star Wars," "SE7EN," and a commercial advertisement of Nike. They also inserted a "cameo" appearance of him in the blockbuster film, "The Avengers." In fact, netizens even went on to insert LaBeaouf's clip in a scene of "Rocky Balboa," with the Disney star shouting at the panting boxer (Sylvester Stallone) minutes before the film's climactic turn.
In the video, LaBeaouf was recorded screaming rather violently at the camera, saying, "Do it!" He then went on to further assert his point and shouted, "Just do it!" Looking directly at the camera, the actor urged the viewers to make a move towards achieving their dreams now. He forcefully screamed, "Yesterday, you said (you'll do it) tomorrow. So, just do it!" He then added, "Don't let your dreams just be dreams."
Although the video has been mocked by millions in the Internet, LaBeaouf's messages which include nuggets of wisdom, such as "Some people dream success while you are going to wake up and work hard at it" and "Nothing is impossible," did not fail to inspire other people. In the video, the actor gave his two cents on how people should relentlessly pursue their goals despite the struggles. He said, "You should get to a point where anyone else would quit, and you are not going to stop there." He then asked, "What are you waiting for? Do it! Yes you can! Just do it!"
LaBeaouf's seemingly hostile rant also included this inspirational quote, "If you are tired of starting over, (then) stop giving up. "
