The Billboard Music Awards show is an annual awards ceremony that honors recording artists for tops sales, downloads, and airplay. 41 awards will be given to the winners of specific categories on May 17. The ceremony is organized by Billboard, a music popularity chart company. The awards also honor an artist with the Icon Award for creative achievement.
