As Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald gear up for the coming of their first born child, the couple have a lot to be thankful for especially since big sister Jill Duggar and her hubby, Derick Dillard, are there to give them advice. According to People, it appears that the Duggar girls are bonding over pregnancy and birthing tips.

Ever since the announcement of Jessa and Ben that they will be welcoming their first baby on November 1 this year, a lot of their fans and followers have been wondering whether she will be going through the same procedure as her elder sister, Jill, when the latter gave birth to Israel David Dillard.

"I am not comparing, not worrying about what could happen," Jessa clarified, referring to the possibility of her undergoing a C-section operation as well, "We are just getting prepared," explained the third Duggar daughter, who has been carefully taking precautionary measures to guarantee her and the baby's health and safety.

"Every birth story is unique," Jessa went on to share, pointing out that she and her husband do not necessarily believe that they will go through the same concerns as the Dillards but think that they should be prepared just as well. "We think we want to go with a midwife and plan for a home birth," the mother-to-be disclosed. She then added that she still wants to take extra steps "to just be prepared that not everything may go as planned." However, Jessa and Ben are striving "not to get too worried about it [birth]."

Meanwhile, Jessa shared that she initially thought she'd be experiencing the same cravings and peculiar tendencies as her mother, Michelle Duggar, went through before. For instance, she shared her assumption in the past that she will be craving for pickles and lemons as well.

"I thought I'd crave pickles and lemons because my mother did," Jessa said. Instead of wanting to keep eating these, however, she shared that she "couldn't stand them." She also disclosed that she randomly "couldn't do dairy" one day. The 22-year-old went on to say that she battled these bouts of morning sickness by keeping calm and trying out things to soothe her stomach. "I would sit and bed and eat crackers, hoping the nausea would pass," she claimed.

Although she does not really need to curb her cravings like most pregnant women, the 19 Kids and Counting star still makes sure that she watches what she eats to not compromise her and the baby's health. "I'm thinking about everything that goes into my mouth," she said.

Prior to feeling better about her current condition, Jessa disclosed that she used to experience intense nausea. However, she found a simple solution to battle her morning sickness. "During the stages of morning sickness, keeping something in my stomach kept me from being sick," she shared. "If I kept something in my stomach, I would be way less nauseous," she added.
