Game developer Blizzard has unveiled the latest patch update for the online multiplayer game "World of Warcraft."

Although it does not have an official release date yet, update 6.2.0 comes with a ship building mode that complements a new zone and mission for the game, Game Spot reported.

The development team explained that through the update, players will be able to build shipyards to produce sea vessels. However, they'll only be able to do so once their character reaches Garrison Level 3.

With the ships, players can take on new naval missions. However, Blizzard noted that these missions are currently under development and their details will be revealed within the coming weeks.

Also, players can use the ships to travel to a new zone dubbed as the Tanaan Jungle, which can only be accessed after building the shipyard. This zone has an open-world questing feature filled with hidden treasures and rare creatures, according to PC Gamer.

Aside from these, the latest update also comes with a new Raid called Hellfire Citadel. Located in the Tanaan Jungle, the citadel contains 13 new bosses.

In addition, Blizzard introduced a new difficulty level for the Draenor Dungeons.

"Draenor Dungeons now have a new difficulty level designed to challenge even the most hardened adventurers with a befitting increase in reward," Blizzard wrote in the update 6.2.0 patch notes.

"Mythic difficulty is geared towards players that enjoy tackling difficulty content in smaller groups and is designed to provide an alternate progression path," the developer added.

Other additional details for the features of update 6.2.0 were mentioned in Blizzard's patch notes.

Although it is still not yet confirmed as to when it will be released officially, gamers can test out the latest patch by downloading it through Blizzard's Public Test Realm. Blizzard noted that only players with active game time for their "World of Warcraft" online account will be able to download and play the test version of update 6.2.0.
