The first trailer of the 2015 reboot of the widely loved film, Fantastic Four, brought excitement to fans and followers of the story and the stars. Even one of the lead actors of the movie admitted his awe and excitement for the reboot after seeing the trailer for the first time as well, according to Comicbook.com.

"The trailer took me by surprise," shared Miles Teller, who plays Reed Richards a.k.a Mr. Fantastic in the reboot, in an interview with Josh Horowitz of MTV during the recently concluded Oscars. "When you're shooting a movie, especially this movie with Josh Trank he has a very specific tone whether it is Chronicle or what he did with this, but as an actor you don't really know what kind of movie it is until you see them cut it together."

When Teller was interviewed by IGN about his lead role in the reboot, the actor shared that he "didn't feel like I was reading this larger-than-life, incredible superhero tale" while reviewing the script. He described the characters as "all very human people that end up having to become I guess what is known as the Fantastic Four." Moreover, Teller said that the film gave him the "opportunity to play something different" from his own skin.

The latest reboot of Fantastic Four was described by Cinema Blend as a "contemporary re-imagining" of the original and longest-running Marvel superhero team. The plot of the film revolved around the lives and adventures of four young outsiders who had their physical forms altered in unexplainable ways after getting teleported to an "alternate and dangerous universe."

The site further shared that the lives of the four become "irrevocably upended."

Hence, they must now learn how to harness and use their newfound unnerving capabilities. In addition to all these adjustments, all four of them must work hand in hand to save mankind from a critical enemy who was identified as an old friend of the group.

Apart from Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, and Tony Kebbell were featured in the film as well. The movie was directed by Josh Trank, who also co-wrote it with Jeremy Slater and Simon Kinberg.
