Following months of turmoil both in his personal and professional lives, Bruce Jenner appears to be preparing to settle in a more peaceful and less stressful environment.

The former Olympian was seen taking out some of his valuable belongings stored in his bachelor's pad in Malibu and loading these in a Ford truck that headed towards a 6,000 square foot ranch perched on a hilltop, according to x17.

Jenner was seen moving the items with his son, Brandon, and another friend. However, the report signified that the decision to move out of the bachelor's pad was not an abrupt decision for the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star. Jenner has been reportedly packing his things since Thursday before he finally said goodbye to his old home on Friday.

In a report from People, it was disclosed that Jenner's new home is located in the Malibu Mountains. It is estimated to cost $3 million, and has four bedrooms and four baths. It is said to be roughly 3,500 square feet, and will showcase a breathtaking view of the mountain and the canyon.

"For someone seeking privacy, the property is a gem," shared the source to the news portal.

One of the reasons cited for Jenner's decision to transfer his residence is the lack of privacy in his old home. As a widely renowned athlete and a staple face in the small screen due to the reality TV show airing his family's day to day activities, he has been subjected to the media glare practically all his life.

Moreover, the reports detailing his plans to transition into a woman and his recent involvement in a car crash unsurprisingly amplified the attention he got from the press and the public. Hence, Jenner could no longer attain the peace and quiet he seem to be after as the paparazzi endlessly hounded his backyard. Apart from his personal concern, it was said that his neighbors in the Malibu home filed complaints against the crew that followed Jenner around the area.

Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that Jenner put on hold his plans to transition following his involvement in a car crash that left one of the drivers dead. At present, the investigation regarding the incident is still ongoing.
