Fans of the action packed super hero film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron," in the United Kingdom received an exciting news early this week as the release date of the highly anticipated movie was moved 24 hours ahead of its original release date, according to a report from Design & Trend.
Marvel Studios has decided to premiere the much awaited sequel in the United Kingdom on April 23, 2015, Thursday. However, fans and followers of the comic book that turned into a movie franchise in the United States did not receive the same good news as the May 1, 2015 release date of the film in the country remained unchanged.
Meanwhile, the role of Andy Serkis in the film was revealed. A report from Den of Geek disclosed that he will be playing Ulysses Klaw. The character is described as a Dutch physicist, who has been converted into solid sound. He is a known nemesis of Black Panther and the Fantastic Four as well as the Avengers. Klaw is typically depicted as the villain wearing a sonic emitter as a prosthetic tool.
In a more detailed description of the upcoming film provided by Marvel Studios on its official website, Avengers: Age of Ultron is an "epic" sequel to the "biggest super hero movie of all time." The story commences when Tony Stark attempts to find a trigger to activate an inactive program previously utilized for peacekeeping purposes. However, this effort unexpectedly backfired as the antithesis of a peacekeeper emerged amid the process in the form of the "villainous Ultron."
Ultron, portrayed by James Spader, is described as a "terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction." This predicament unsurprisingly gathered the Earth's Mightiest Heroes to work together for the protection and safety of mankind. Despite the group's desperate attempts to defeat the villain, however, they appear to be unable to do without seeking help from outside forces.
This conundrum will prompt The Avengers to form "uneasy alliances," presumably in the persons of Wanda Maximoff, portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Their team will also be joined by a robot super hero named Vision, played by Paul Bettany.
The film will feature virtually the same set of actors in its cast with Chris Evans as Captain America, Scarlett Johansson as the Black Widow, and Mark Ruffalo as The Incredible Hulk. Also included in the team are Chris Hemsworth as the mighty Thor and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.
Meanwhile, the supporting actors from the previous film will be seen reprising their roles as Samuel L. Jackson still plays Nick Fury and Colbie Smulders will resume portraying Agent Maria Hill.
The Avengers: Age Of Ultron was directed and written by Joss Whedon, and was produced by Kevin Feige.
