The fourth season of the legal drama, Suits, will prove to not only be filled with new and exciting plots involving cases and legal jargons but also provide glimpses on the aspects of the show stars' personal life, Aaron Korsh said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
"We tried to focus a little less on the firm power dynamics and more on the core relationships in the last six, and I feel in all of the back six and in part the last three we tried to shine a light on things that we haven't necessarily shined a light on before. And I feel like we end the season with a major shakeup that you may or may not see coming," Korsh said in response to the request for teasers on the upcoming season.
A synopsis published in TV Guide provided a glimpse on what fans can expect from the episode to be aired on February 4. According to the summary, Harvey Specter's services will be sought by an ethics professor from Harvard, named Henry Gerard. Ironically, the case presented by the would-be client demands tactics that would not fall within the realms of moral principles and code.
In connection with this client, Mike Ross now has to strive hard to avoid meeting the ethics professor due to fear of his secret getting unveiled should the client be questioned on faux Harvard graduate's participation in his class. Louis Litt will also be featured trying his best to make an impact on a socialite CEO by wining and dining the person.
The next episode following the Wednesday story will provide a flashback. Scheduled for airing on February 11, the episode will reveal the issues and events that gradually resulted in the cutthroat attitude of both Louis and Harvey with respect to their careers and against each other.
In the upcoming episode, Mike and Harvey will be traveling with Louis to meet with a client. During the trip, Harvey utilizes the time and space to push both Louis and Mike to deal with their trust issues against each other.
The series will return on Wednesday, 10 p.m. EST, on USA Network.
Meanwhile, fans of Suits will be delighted to learn that the show already bagged a go signal for a fifth season. "Suits continues to fire on all cylinders, delivering provocative storytelling and complex characters that viewers can't get enough of," shared Chris McCumber, the network's head, in an earlier statement regarding the decision to purchase the 16-episode fifth season of the series.
McCumber also said that the show has "some of the best writing on television, and a brilliant ensemble cast."
