The Super Bowl has come and gone. But like always, it left ads that people will remember or forget, depending on how good they were. Two things that non-sports aficionados look forward to during the Super Bowl are the halftime show and of course, the controversial ads.
From Pitch Perfect 2 to Tomorrowland, we give you some of the movies that are worth waiting for (and watching).
Here are some movie trailers from the 2015 Super Bowl that might be quite unforgettable.
Movie Trailers
Pitch Perfect 2 (Showing on May 15)
Who would forget about the Barden Bellas who owned a capella?
The girls of Pitch Perfect are back, and the expectations are quite high. The trailer opened with Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy) talking on the background saying, "Guys, there's gonna be some haters out there. They're gonna look at us, Team USA, and be like... 'Why is the most talented one Australian?'"
This time though, Ana Kendrick and her gang will be taking on a different male group, the Green Bay Packers.
The 41-second snippet showed not only Kendrick's singing prowess, but the new Pitch Perfect 2 male lead singing 'Bootylicious.'
And we can't wait.
Jurassic World 2 (Showing on June 12)
The 'Park' is once again open for business, and this time, it looks like its market is children. In the trailer, the park was more like a theme park where visitors can watch the dinosaurs up close-and like always, it was not a good idea.
We are not sure if there are a lot of new things to expect, because once again, scientists created new dinosaurs for the park, and just like before, it looked like things got out of hand.
Nope. Not sure if this is worth watching. But if you are a big Jurassic World fan, then go ahead.
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (Showing on Feb. 6)
SpongeBob and his friends at Bikini Bottom go 3D in their latest film. And this time, everyone is heading to the surface.
The Super Bowl trailer showed funny snippets from the film, and it looks like both adults and children will enjoy this new movie.
Tomorrowland (Showing on May 2)
Of all the movie trailers on the Super Bowl Spot TV, Tomorrowland seems to get the most positive reviews. For one, the movie offers a different story line, something movie goers are in dire need of. Who wouldn't want to change the world?
The Super Bowl trailer did not give much away, but it showed how one can go to a place "where nothing is impossible."
