Francesca Hilton, the only child of the popular 1950s movie star Zsa Zsa Gabor and hotel founder and owner Conrad Hilton, passed away at the age of 67 last Monday night after suffering from a heart attack, publicist Edward Lozzi revealed.

"As Francesca's publicist and one of her best friends I am shocked," said Lozzi, who also revealed that he and Hilton talked on the phone just minutes before the heiress went in distress. "We were discussing her book she was writing and a possible deal."

In addition, Lozzi revealed that Hilton was with her fiancé, Michael Natsis, when she suffered from the condition. He also shared that Natsis attempted to administer CPR on Gabor's daughter up until the paramedics arrived to take her to the hospital. However, Hilton did not make it, and succumbed to the heart attack at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Lozzi also claimed that Hilton shared her distress over her legal battle against her mother's ninth husband, the German-born American socialite Frederic von Anhalt. Hilton's publicist stated that she contacted her lawyer, Ken Kossoff, a few hours before her demise. She conferred with the attorney to review her options in finally settling the case against von Anhalt.

Moreover, Lozzi stated that the ill feelings between Hilton and von Anhalt was never concealed by either parties. In the most recent battle between the two, Gabor's ninth husband decided to prohibit Hilton from visiting her own mother, who was reported to be suffering from Dementia that caused to 1950 movie star's inability to speak.

"Hilton had recently been under extreme pressure after being successful in having a court order her controversial stepfather to allow her to visit her mother and to stop spending her mother's money on himself," Lozzi revealed.

Hilton was born on March 10, 1947 in New York, and named Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton. Growing up, Hilton was exposed to the Hollywood lifestyle of her mother. Apart from pursuing a career as an actress, she ventured into various fields including photography. She worked as a publicist and a stand-up comedienne at some point in her youth as well.

Hilton was also an active part of her late hotel magnate father's philanthropic organization.
