The Nexus 9 LTE tablet is now available through T-Mobile, and a 16GB version of the device is also up for grabs on Google Play Store.

T-Mobile became the first wireless carrier to make HTC's Nexus 9 LTE version available to the public. The company is offering the Android Lollipop device with a starting price of $24.99 per month for a two-year contract.

T-Mobile subscribers can include the new device to their "Simple Choice" plans in which they will pay $10 per month. T-Mobile will then match their current data for a maximum of 5GB a month to be used specifically for the new tablet. Thanks to the carrier's Free Data for Life program, subscribers can also enjoy an extra 200MB of data for the Nexus 9.

If a consumer does not want to have a two-year contract with T-Mobile, they can get the Nexus 9 tablet for roughly $600. Without a subscription to a yearly plan with T-Mobile, the Nexus 9 can be combined with a prepaid data plan that ranges from $20 a month for 1GB to $70 for 11GB.

With the wireless carrier offering just the 32GB variant of HTC's new device, those who want to get the 16GB version of the Nexus 9 can buy the device for $399 on Google Play Store.

The Nexus 9's predecessors, the Nexus 5 and 6, have already been made available in all major carriers, although the 6-inch handsets are out of stock at Google Play Store this point.

"We are getting more Nexus 6 devices in stock as soon as possible," Google said in an official statement. "To make things simpler for you, we will work to make more devices available each Wednesday and encourage you to visit the site then."

In addition, while production was halted at the moment, reports indicated that the Nexus 5 will be available again in the first quarter of 2015. However, it is unclear whether Google will continue selling the device after March of next year.
