"For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God" (2 Timothy 1:7-8).
We acknowledge that it is a blessing to pass down strong faith to the generations to come, more than that of passing down our wealth.
Lord, who shows Your power when You see our faith!
Praise You, Lord for allowing us to overcome our suffering and fears with Your almighty hands.
We give thanks to You, Lord, for allowing us to reflect on whether we truly rely on You when we are placed in a difficult situation. We surrender ourselves before You so that the Holy Spirit may be with us. Although we may be weak as human beings, please help us to pass down our faith to future generations.
Let us never be ashamed of the testimony about You, Lord. Allow us to have clean and pure faith and follow You at all times. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
