As the all new Caitlyn Jenner takes the world by a storm, it appears that the issues left behind by her former identity, Bruce, remain unresolved. One particularly crucial concern is her involvement in a tragic car crash in Malibu, California in February, which included four vehicles and the death of one of the drivers. In a recent exclusive footage obtained by Entertainment Tonight, a video taken from the surveillance camera of a public bus passing by the area when the accident occurred recently surfaced and provided an in-depth understanding with regard the severity of the impact of the crash. The raw video showed that the incident was recorded from two different angles.

In an effort to aid in the investigation of the tragic incident, the surveillance footage was submitted to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority, according to New York Daily News. The clip shows that the vehicle driven by Jenner, a black Cadillac Escalade, crashed against the rear part of the white Lexus, which was driven by Kim Howe - the victim who succumbed to her injuries following the incident. Howe was later on pronounced dead at the scene.

The 69-year-old widow, Howe, was then seen driving diagonally and leaving the lane she once occupied. Since the direction she was going had been against the oncoming traffic, the white Lexus was seen crashing head-on onto another vehicle, a Hummer, and halting on the spot. The front portion of Howe's car looked as if it was crushed completely due to the impact of the head-on collision with the Hummer.

As for Jenner's black Cadillac, which was seen pulling a huge trailer with what looks like a jeepney, also lost control as it continued to move forward and crash against another vehicle, a black Prius, which was seen earlier as the car in front of Howe.

"This video shows an aspect of reality that Ms. Jenner continues to deny," state Jeffrey Wolf and John Sheehan, the lawyers who represent the stepchildren of Howe, Dana Redmond and William Howe, according to a separate Entertainment Tonight report. On May 1 this year, Jenner was named as one of the defendants in a wrongful death suit filed by the surviving relatives of Howe.

The lawyers further said, "Our clients are moving forward with this lawsuit to give a voice to Kim Howe who was killed as a result of Ms. Jenner's actions." They added, "Ms. Jenner has failed to appear for her noticed deposition, so we are surprised to hear that she intends to cooperate in every way possible with this investigation. We encourage Ms. Jenner to be that role model that she seeks to be. That means accepting responsibility for what she has done."

At the moment, no charges has been filed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the investigation is said to still be ongoing. Watch the surveillance footage below:
