Prince William and Kate Middleton never cease to make a splash with the members of the media. Added to their long list of admirers from this industry is none other than Mario Testino, the artist who photographed the royal family during the christening of Princess Charlotte. He is also the same photographer who worked with Princess Diana in her Vanity Fair cover in 1997. Unsurprisingly, he has amassed quite notable insights on the family members and he is not afraid to voice out his observations.

Describing the experience of working as the man behind the camera lens for the christening of Princess Charlotte as "amazing," Testino further added that the chemistry and relationship of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is "impressive," according to E Online. "What impressed me the most was the energy of the family, and of that between the Duke and Duchess," the renowned photographer gushed, referring to his experience with the royal family. He added, "One sees how solid they are together and one gets a sense of their strong family values."

Apart from Prince William, Kate, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Testino also photographed Prince Charles and wife Camilla Parker Bowles. Queen Elizabeth II, along with husband Prince Philipp, was in attendance as well. Also included in the family portrait to commemorate Princess Charlotte's christening are Pippa Middleton, James William Middleton, Michael Francis Middleton and Carole Elizabeth Middleton. In addition, the group shot featured the godparents of Princess Charlotte, namely, Hon. Laura Fellowes, Adam Middleton, James Meade, Sophie Carter and Thomas van Straubenzee, according to a separate E Online report.

"It was incredible to be able to document four generations of the British Royal Family together-the monarch and three heirs to the throne-and very heartwarming to see the close relationship between them all," shared Testino, referring to the photoshoot during the said occasion. He added, "I am overwhelmed and honored to be chosen to document this occasion and to carry on the documentation of the family that is the soul of this country, a country that has given me so much."

Princess Charlotte was christened at St. Mary Magdalene Church on July 5, according to Christian Post. The fourth in line for the throne was baptized by Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, who is the same person to baptize Prince George. He was assisted by ev. Canon Jonathan Riviere, the Rector of the Sandringham group of parishes.
