Two finalists compete to be the head chef at Caesar’s Atlantic City on ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ Season 14. Episode 15 aired on Tuesday, June 2 on FOX at 9 p.m. A double elimination left two strong chefs to compete to win it all. The show is a televised reality cooking competition. Ep. 16 “Winner Chosen” airs on Tuesday, June 9.

Michelle Tribble, a 22-year-old line cook from Dallas, Texas and Milly Medly, a 33-year-old executive chef from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania were sent home. The two remaining chefs are T Gregoire and Meghan Gill. Gill is a 28-year-old executive chef from Roanoke, Virginia. Gregoire is a 31-year-old line cook from Atlanta, Georgia.

On “4 Chefs Compete,” the final four went on a field trip to Bristol Farms, a supermarket. They were presented with “the first ever Hell’s Kitchen Vegetarian Challenge” by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Each chef had a $25 budget and ten minutes to shop for key ingredients to create a fantastic vegetarian dish. Back at the kitchen, the chefs were given 30 minutes to whip up a dish worthy of Ramsay’s high standards.

Michelle, who had been a vegetarian for four years was confident that she would win the challenge with her complicated egg soufflé and eggs benedict dish. Milly recreated a ricotta and spinach soufflé he makes for his teenage son. Meghan created an angel hair zucchini pasta. T cooked a chickpea dumpling with fennel broth and ginger butter tofu.

Meghan won the first ever Vegetarian Challenge with her zucchini pasta which according to Ramsay had “finnese.” Meghan left Hell’s Kitchen for the first time in nine weeks. She chose T to share the reward of parasailing in Newport Beach, California. They also enjoyed a three course dinner at Studio, a restaurant in Laguna Beach.

Michelle and Milly received punishment for losing the competition. They cleaned the leaves out of the fountain, swept dust off the steps and the parking lot, vacuumed and shampooed the red carpet, and hand-polished the wooden railings in the grand hall.

“This might’ve been the worst punishment ever,” said Milly.

Ramsay boosted the morale of the top four competitors by surprising them with visitors from their hometown. Michelle’s boyfriend and her sister, T’s daughter and girlfriend, Meghan’s mother, Milly’s son and girlfriend were surprise guests on the show before the night’s dinner. Each person had a chance to be the head chef at the pass. Ramsay announced that not one, but two of them would be leaving at the end of the night.

“Give me and yourselves the service of your lives,” said Ramsay.

The test would show their leadership qualities and their ability. Sous Chef Andi took over the stations of the chefs while they assumed the role of head chef of Hell’s Kitchen. Andi was also used for quality control and intentionally sabotaged dishes under the direction of Ramsay to test each contender at the pass. Milly, Michelle, and Meghan all failed their quality control tests while T passed hers. After the night’s dinne service, the final four were sent upstairs to come up with a consensus for the top 2.

T received two votes and Meghan received two votes to stay in the competition. Milly and Michelle were told to take off their black jackets in a emotional elimination from the competition. Milly, who had never graduated from high school let alone a culinary school, thanked Ramsay for not judging him on his background and where he came from, but for only looking at his food. Michelle was commended by Ramsay for being the youngest one in the competition to come so far. Meghan advanced to the final round for being rock solid throughout the competition. T also advanced to the final two.
