Although 'Mission Impossible 5: Rogue Nation' is yet to hit the big screen in July, it appears that fans and followers of Tom Cruise's blockbuster film series can now look forward to the sixth installment of 'Mission: Impossible' as Tracking Board revealed that the latter is already on its way to production.

While no title has been revealed at the moment, the report disclosed that Cruise along with J.J. Abrams, David Ellison and Dana Goldberg are all back together to work as executive producers of the latest project. Meanwhile, the studios reportedly involved in this sixth flick in the 'Mission Impossible' franchise are Skydance Productions, Paramount and Bad Robot. The site also added that "none of the cast members are officially set, but the team ensemble is expected to return, having been on board for the first two installments of the somewhat rebooted new trilogy."

The scheduled 'Mission: Impossible' installment, 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation,' will hit the theaters on July 31, 2015. This flick was helmed by Christopher McQuarrie. Apart from Cruise, who plays the lead role in the widely anticipated movie, 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' will also feature 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' star Jeremy Renner; 'Hector and the Search for Happiness' actor Simon Pegg; and 'Bringing Out the Dead' star Ving Rhames.

Paula Patton, who first made her appearance in the franchise in 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' and is now rumored to be in a romantic relationship with Cruise himself, will be featured in 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' as well. "When they worked on the movie, they had a genuine connection, but neither was available," claimed a source in a report by National Enquirer, referring to the blossoming relationship between Katie Holmes and Robin Thicke's exes. The insider went on to say, "Now that they're both single, it's totally on!"

"It's still super fresh, but Paula seems open to exploring a future with Tom," the informant added, revealed. "She's [Patton] been looking for a guy she can trust after ex-hubby Robin Thicke cheated on her," the source disclosed, referring to the infamous cheating scandal embroiling Patton's ex hubby and 'Blurred Lines' singer, Thicke. "Tom definitely fits the bill!"

Meanwhile, these actors will be joined by new faces in the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise which include Rebecca Ferguson from 'Hercules;' Sean Harris of 'Prometheus;' and Alec Baldwin of 'Still Alice.'
