Weeks after the official launch of the Apple Watch, fans of the brand are starting to realize the benefits that they can get from the rather expensive wearable. This time, sources have revealed "life hacks" that are actually possible from Cupertino's smartwatch.

Here is a brief rundown of how an Apple Watch can help make life's task a little easier.

Payments, Movie and Airline Passes

Apple made sure that those who purchase the wearable can also enjoy most of the benefits they can find on their iPhone, and Apple Pay is no exemption. The smartwatch can pay for your McDonald's and Whole Foods' bill, as well as generate Starbucks' payment card barcodes.

It can also take care of boarding passes for select airlines and Fandango movie passes, pretty nifty huh? The new smartwatch can actually make having a wallet a thing of the past.

Social Media and Messages

There is no need to pull out your phone whenever a new notification comes in. Apple Watch owners can send and receive messages on their smartwatch, as well as check for any new updates or notifications on social media. If you haven't heard about it yet, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook are also available on the latest Cupertino wearable.

Getting Fit

Fitness apps have made it to the Apple Watch despite early reports of it not being compatible with many of them. Hello Heart monitors the wearer's vital signs, so those with hypertension or heart disease can always check them even when they are outdoors.

The smartwatch is also good at motivating people at sticking to their fitness routine. It can track the calories you have consumed, as well as the minutes you spent exercising. Users can also download fitness apps such as Nike+ Running to maximize their fitness routine.

While the Apple Watch can do a lot of things that a smartphone can, it still can't replace it. Sending an email and taking photos or videos for instance, are just best done using a smartphone.
