'Fresh Off the Boat' is an American sitcom television series on ABC. The show is about a Chinese family that overcomes culture shock and assimilates to life in America together. Episode twelve, "Dribbling Tiger, Bounce Pass Dragon" airs on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 8|7c.

The Huangs, an Asian American family move to Orlando, Florida in 1995. Father Louis Huang takes over a family steak restaurant business, while mother Jessica Huang raises her sons with her best intentions in a new neighborhood. The young married couples' three sons Eddie, Emery, and Evan do their best to blend in at school.

In the latest episode, "Dribbling Tiger, Bounce Pass Dragon,” Eddie, Emery, and Evan are forced to see their parents every morning, day, and night. Their parents Louis and Jessica decide to volunteer as program coaches at school. Due to recent budget cuts, the school cannot afford to hire a basketball coach or a theatre producer. Louis and Jessica fill in the void as their sons try to save face.

‘Fresh Off the Boat’ stars Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Hudson Yang as Eddie, Forrest Wheeler as Emery, and Ian Chen as Evan. Chef Eddie Huang narrates each episode. Rich Blomquist wrote the script for ep. twelve and Robert Cohen directed it.

'Fresh Off the Boat' is based on the book, "Fresh Off the Boat: A Memoir," written by chef Eddie Huang. Huang is the owner of Manhattan sandwich shop, BaoHaus. He was the host of the Cooking Channel's 'Cheap Bites" in 2011 and currently hosts Vice's food and travel show, 'Huang's World.'
