Apple has been continuously building its empire in the mobile world since it launched the first iPhone. However, the iPhone 6 is slated to be the most successful of all of the company's previous releases after it helped the company eclipse over 74.5 million of iPhone sales, based on an Apple press release in January.

With all of the success the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are having, and the worldwide attention the new line of MacBooks are getting, what more could Apple ask for?

However, it looks like the Cupertino manufacturer is already developing the successor to the highly successful iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Based on a report by Bidness Etc., the new iPhone, which would be naturally called the iPhone 6s, will have major improvements.

In the report, these improvements will have to do with the inclusion of Apple's own microSIM cards in each handset. This will enable the company to manage its own mobile network, as well as enable consumers to go directly to Apple and not to their own network carriers.

In recent reports by Christian Today, the device will have an Apple SIM pre-installed in each of its new iPhones. Consequently, this move will definitely be addressed by some of the biggest network providers in the US such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint.

Aside from the issue on SIM cards, the iPhone 6s is rumored to get the same technology that runs on the company's Apple Watch - Force Touch. In this feature, the user will be able to assign certain commands, apps or other functions to the device by simply changing the amount of pressure he places on the surface.

The Apple Watch already has the technology, and so does the new MacBook 2015, so it is just plain obvious that the Cupertino-based manufacturer will bring it to the next generation iPhones.

Other rumored specs about the iPhone 6s include the same rounded, aluminum design, an improved Touch ID home button, an improved camera, and iOS 9.

Consumers coming from Android may also rejoice that Apple would finally include a 2GB RAM for the iPhone 6s - the biggest amount of RAM of any iPhone.

Interestingly, a new report from MacWorld UK believes that Apple would unveil not only the iPhone 6s, but even the iPhone 7 this year. Considering the different release dates of Apple devices this year, the manufacturer may just break its trend of announcing the new iPhones only during the fall.
