Country-pop singer Taylor Swift saves the day again as she stepped in for a fan after the former was bullied by another netizen online.

Minutes after Swiftie Lucy Ashton uploaded her video, she received a rude comment from an anonymous netizen who called her ugly.

In the video, Ashton wearing a black Swift shirt, opened the box with presents from Swift and read the message that came with it. Ashton cried in the entire video, which lasted 20 minutes.

"UR UGLY TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST," anonymous commented on Ashton's video. To which Swift responded, "NO, ANONYMOUS. NO."

Swift gave her fans gifts last Christmas, which was later on dubbed as "Swiftmas." Swift asked her fans to record a video upon opening their presents, which Ashton did gladly. But apparently, someone had to ruin the moment for her.

But the "Shake It Off" singer had Ashton's back. After the rude comment, Swift came to Ashton's rescue, and even called her the "cutest human ever born."

"I honestly was so shocked. I didn't even know that she was online. I responded to the message and it didn't really phase me as much as the anonymous person had hoped I guess. I logged off and a couple of minutes later, I came back on and saw that she had responded and stood up for me. I immediately started crying and contacted all of my friends that I had met through Taylor and Tumblr," Ashton said.

Lucy Ashton is only one of Swift's lucky fans to receive a present from her. Last Jan. 12, Swift helped pay off Rebekah Bortniker's student loan. She sent her fan a $1,989 check, making them Swifties love and adore her even more.

Bortniker did not only receive a check, but Swift also gave her a painting made by none other than Taylor Swift herself. The package, which was hand carried by one of Swift's bodyguards, also came with a photo of Swift with a caption, "Just sitting around painting flowers for Rebekah," and an old T-Swift necklace.
