PGA Awards 2015: 'Bird Man,' 'Big Hero 6,' 'Gone Girl' Nominated

Great films do not go unnoticed, especially at the Producers Guild of America (PGA) Awards. Top films "Gone Girl," "Birdman" and "The Imitation Game," are just some of the candidates for the prestigious award.

The PGA is an organization that honors producers who create TV products and motion films that are the best of its kind. The award is also given to films that are likely to win an Oscar. The guild has consistently given honors to films that won an Oscar for the last seven years consecutively.

The awards are presented by select presenters, which include Michael Douglas, Ronald Reagan, and Nick Clooney.

On Monday, Jan. 5, PGA announced the nominees for Animated Theatrical Motion Picture, Theatrical Motion Picture, and Long Form TV Awards for 2015.
