Lord who hears the silent prayer of a sinner!
We praise You, Lord, for taking as a joy the prayers of a humble heart and an innocent faith, and responding to those prayers.
We often judge others and consider ourselves as righteous. We want our prayers to be like the prayer of a tax collector. Allow us to be humble and pray with contrite hearts. Let us be like a child that receives Your Kingdom.
We want to empty our hearts and ask only for Your mercy every day. We trust that You will allow us to experience the great grace of Your Kingdom. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
