With "Star Wars Battlefront" only a few weeks away from its official release, publisher Electronic Arts has started loosening its lips regarding the future DLCs for the game.

According to an executive from the company, gamers can expect to receive a wide range of content through the game's Season Pass, Gamespot reported.

Earlier in October, EA has already clarified that it plans to release a Season Pass for its "Star Wars Battlefront" game. Although the company did not give out the details of the pass' contents, EA noted that it will be similar to what it did for its "Battlefield" series.

But recently, during the company's earnings presentation, EA's Chief Operating Officer Peter Moore discussed details of the upcoming sci-fi shooter's Season Pass.

According to Moore, the content update bundle will feature new weapons and character movements. In addition, the executive said the Season Pass will feature new universes, which probably means larger maps or worlds to explore.

Moore also confirmed that the Season Pass will feature a total of four DLCs which will be available within one year and a half following the game's official launch.

"What we've announced is four extra packs over the next 12 to 18 months coming post-launch," he said during the presentation according to PlayStation Lifestyle. "And from our ability, to be very clear, that's [fiscal year] 2017 revenue for most of it."

"You'll see both new universes," Moore continued. "You're going to see new player actions, obviously new weaponry as well."

It is not yet clear how much EA will sell the Season Pass for "Star Wars Battlefront" if the company proceeds with the same strategy it followed with the "Battlefield" series, then the bundle could cost around $50. The DLCs, on the other hand, might be priced at $15 if purchased separately.

According to a post on the official website of the "Star Wars Battlefront" game, those who purchase the Season Pass will have a two-week early access for each DLCs once they debut. In addition, gamers will also receive a "Shoot First" emote.

As previously reported by IGN, the first DLC that will be released for the game is titled "Battle of Jakku." It is set to come out on December 8 and will be tied to the upcoming film "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

"Star Wars Battlefront" is scheduled to come out on November 17 in North America. It will be available for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
