Within days of re-releasing "Batman: Arkham Knight" for the PC, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment issued a public apology regarding the game's continuing problems.

Aside from acknowledging the issues, the company is also offering a refund to gamers who purchased the game, Gamespot reported.

The re-release of the game on October 28 was Warner Bros.' way of redeeming itself after the faulty launch of "Batman: Arkham Knight" for the PC on June 23. Almost immediately after the game debuted a couple of months ago, a number of gamers started complaining about certain issues with "Arkham Knight."

Some of these included constant crashing and poor graphics quality. Warner Bros. then decided to stop selling the game and pulled it out from Steam in order to work on it. Then, in October, the company announced that it has fixed the bugs in the game was ready for a re-release.

But then, on October 29, a day after its second release, gamers reported experiencing almost the same set of problems with the game, according to PC Mag. This prompted Warner Bros. to release a statement to address the continuing problems of "Batman: Arkham Knight."

"We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of 'Batman: Arkham Knight,'" the company wrote on its Steam page. "We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."

Due to the ongoing problems, Warner Bros. have decided to offer refunds to gamers who would like to return the game and its content updates. But, despite returning the money of players, the company noted that it is still determined to fix the game for those are still hoping that "Batman: Arkham Knight" can still be a decent and playable PC title.

"Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on 'Batman: Arkham Knight' PC, regardless of how long you have played the product," the company stated. "You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately)."

"For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix," Warner Bros. added.

Hopefully though, Warner Bros. will be able to resolve the issues surrounding "Batman: Arkham Knight." It's just a shame that the PC version was not able to deliver especially since the game serves as the concluding chapter of the entire "Arkham" series.
