Selena Gomez will drop 'Revival,' her 2015 music album in October. Gomez said that the album portrays the last two years of her life and "there's a little darkness in it." The singer tweeted the entire list of songs to her Twitter account on Thursday, Sept. 10.

The now-released single "Same Old Love," is co-written by Charli XCX. The song was released this week, and is a heart-rending narration of breaking up from a painful relationship.

"I don't believe, I don't believe it.. you left in peace, left me in pieces," sings Gomez in "Same Old Love."

"Too hard to breathe, I'm on my knees.. right now, 'I'm so sick of that same old love. I'm so sick of that same old love, feels like I've blown apart. I'm so sick of that same old love, the kind that breaks your heart."

Speaking to EW last month, she said she has recently become more comfortable with her voice which proved to be an added advantage in "Same Old Love."

"I was always insecure with my speaking voice because it's so low," she told EW in August. "I didn't know it would be such an asset to who I am now, though. It adds a cool, personal quality. It's exciting."

Selena said that her next album is about her "journey [over] the past two years, and there's a little darkness in it."
