Sources who claim to be familiar with Google's operations tipped that the company is preparing to introduce its new Nexus devices by the end of this month.

Specifically, these devices are the ones being developed by LG and Huawei for the Menlo Park-based tech giant, CNET reported.

Rumors regarding LG and Huawei's respective Nexus projects have been rampant over the past few months ever since it was leaked that Google has partnered with these two different manufacturers to develop its latest flagship devices.

For the South Korean company, the upcoming handset will mark its third Nexus device after 2013's LG Nexus 5. As for Huawei, this will be the first time that the company will make a Nexus handset for Google.

The Chinese tech firm is expected to develop an updated version of the Nexus 6, which was debuted by Motorola last year.

GSM Arena noted that unlike LG, Huawei may be under a bit of pressure with its 2015 Nexus 6. After all, the company has been trying to establish a foothold in the smartphone industry of developed countries such as the U.S.

Although the company has been producing Android-powered devices in Asia for quite some time now, it is still overshadowed by other prominent smartphone makers.

Hopefully, its upcoming Nexus 6 2015 for Google will grant Huawei the proper recognition as one of the leading consumer electronics manufacturers in the world.

As for the upcoming devices, Google's Nexus handsets from LG and Huawei will be the first smartphones to run on the newest Android 6.0 Marshmallow platform. According to sources, the new devices will be unveiled by Google on September 29 during a special event that will be held in San Francisco.

Based on previous reports, LG's Nexus 5 2015 is expected to come with a 5.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1080p. It will feature a 12.3-megapixel primary camera as well as a 5-megapixel front shooter.

It will be powered by the Snapdragon 808 processor from Qualcomm and will pack 3GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of internal storage.

Huawei's creation, on the other hand, is rumored to sport a larger display at 5.7 inches and a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels. It is also expected to come with a USB Type-C port and the Snapdragon 810 processor. It will feature 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM and will come in 32 and 64GB storage variants, according to International Business Times.

It is not yet clear what camera configuration the Huawei Nexus 6 will feature.

Google has not yet responded to the recent rumors surrounding the Nexus devices from LG and Huawei. Also, since details regarding the upcoming launch date did not officially come from the company, there's a chance that they might not be true. Hopefully, all of these will be clarified by Google, LG or Huawei within the next few days.
