‘Full House’ opening credits were recreated by the San Francisco Giants in a parody video uploaded to the Major League Baseball YouTube channel on Friday, Aug. 14. The musical video opens up with the beloved '90s sitcom theme song “Everywhere You Look,” sung by Jesse Frederick.
“Whatever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paperboy, evening TV? You miss your old familiar friends, waiting just around the bend. This old world's confusing me with clouds as mean as you've ever seen. Ain't a bird who knows your tune. Then a little voice inside you whispers, Kid don't sell your dreams, so soon,” sings Frederick.
The Giants made the video to promote Full Clubhouse Night. The ‘Full House’ themed event will be a game between the Giants vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers at AT&T Park in San Francisco, California on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are available online.
‘Full Clubhouse’ stars Brandon Crawford, Hunter Pence, Matt Duffy, Javier Lopez, Joe Panik, Jeremy Affeldt, and Bruce Bochy. It was produced by Bobby Evans, Larry Baer, and Brian Sabean. The video, which runs for 1 minute and 3 seconds received 1K likes and 19 dislikes on Youtube. It was viewed 158,378 times as of Saturday, Aug. 15.
The major league players do their best to copy Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, Jodie Sweetin, and Candace Cameron’s rendition of the video. The video even has its very own picnic scene, like the sitcom’s opening credits. The players break bread at AT&T Park. Coulier makes a cameo appearance in the MLB’s video as it ends.
